Automated Gate Solutions is looking for a full time administrator to work from our office in Farnham.
We are a small, family run company with plans for growth. The role includes a variety of responsibilities including:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Processing sales order
- Booking in engineers work
- Ordering parts
- Database upkeep
- Production of O&M manuals for completed installations
- General office administration
Furthermore, the applicant must have a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service sills. They must also be motivated to work to a high standard and under their own initiative, and have excellent organisation skills and a sense of humour! Finally, previous experience working in a customer service role would be desirable but not essential.
