Automated Gate Solutions is looking for a full time administrator to work from our office in Farnham.
We are a small, family run company with plans for growth. The role includes handling inbound calls from customers, dealing with general enquiries, processing sales order, booking in engineers work, ordering parts, database upkeep and production of O&M manuals for completed installations, along with other general office administration.
The applicant must have a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service sills, be motivated to work to a high standard and also under their own initiative, have excellent organisation skills and a sense of humour! Previous experience working in a customer service role would be desirable but not essential.
